Shirts

All designs are printed on unisex size shirts of your selected color. Should you wish to have a specific style shirt, please submit a custom order request or you can reach out to us at contact@familythreadsco.com.

Shipping

Please refer to our current turnaround-time for new orders. Orders will be shipped within our stated turnaround-time. Once shipped, expect a 5-8 business day transit time. Due to weather, some areas experience longer than average shipping times. Upon order fulfillment, you will receive a USPS tracking number to follow your order’s progress in transit. Once your order has been shipped, we are no longer responsible for the handling and arrival of your package. If your insured package is lost or arrived with visible damage to the packaging, take pictures and contact us via contact@familythreadsco.com. We do not refund shipping charges once an item has been shipped, unless a shipping mistake has been made on our side of the order. If your item is returned to us due to an insufficient address, refused shipping or because of a non-deliverable address, then we will contact you and you will be required to pay for additional shipping to have the item shipped to you correctly. 

Refunds

 

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@familythreadsco.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We cannot accept returns on sale items. We do NOT accept exchanges of any sort. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. You can always contact us for any return question at contact@familythreadsco.com. For damages issues, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. There is a 24-hour window for these issues. Shipping/Address Mistakes - We do not refund shipping charges once an item has been shipped, unless a shipping mistake has been made on our side of the order.
