Shirts

All designs are printed on high‑quality unisex shirts in the color you select at checkout. If you would like a specific shirt style not listed, please submit a custom order request or contact us at contact@familythreadsco.com.


Turnaround Time

Our current production turnaround time is 3–5 business days. This covers the time from order placement to fulfillment. During peak seasons or high‑volume periods, turnaround times may vary.


Shipping

Orders are shipped within our 3–5 business day turnaround time. After shipment, please allow 5–8 business days for transit. Delays caused by weather or the shipping carrier may extend delivery times.

You will receive a USPS tracking number once your order has been fulfilled. After your package has been shipped, Family Threads Co. is not responsible for carrier delays, mishandling, or delivery issues.

If your package is lost or arrives with visible damage, please take photos and contact us at contact@familythreadsco.com.

Shipping charges are non‑refundable once an item has shipped, unless the shipping issue was caused by us. If an order is returned to us due to an insufficient, incorrect, or non‑deliverable address—or if the package is refused—you will be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the item.


Refunds & Returns

To begin a return, please contact us at contact@familythreadsco.com. If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the item back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

We do not accept returns on sale items and we do not offer exchanges of any kind.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

For damaged or incorrect items, please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 24 hours if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

Shipping and Address Errors: Shipping charges are non‑refundable once an item has shipped unless we made the error. If your order is returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address, refused delivery, or a non‑deliverable address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item.
